Graphic Squares

I wanted to try something new and I needed a masculine birthday card and this card is a completely different style of card from what I normally create.  I used my square nestabilities dies to cut various sizes of squares and just started laying them out on the card front until I was happy with the design and then I glued them all down.

Supplies Used:
Stamps:  Vintage Labels
Paper:  Whisper White, Sage Shadow, Bordering Blue, Not Quite Navy
Ink:  Not Quite Navy
Accessories:  Square Nestabilities Dies, Tombow Adhesive

Happy Freezin' Season!

Time for a winter holiday card.  Although I completed all my holiday cards and have them mailed I didn't get a chance to post all of my designs.  This card was created for the October Christmas card challenge.  October's challenge was to make a card for another winter holiday.  Not everyone celebrates Christmas so this challenge was the perfect opportunity to make a winter card and what could be more about winter than a snowman.

Supplies Used:
Stamps:  Snowman - Inkadinkadoo, Sentiment - Darcie's
Paper:  Whisper White, Baja Breeze, Real Red, Chocolate Chip
Ink:  Black, Baja Breeze, Real Red, Chocolate Chip, Smoky Slate, Pumpkin Pie
Accessories:  Snowflakes Embossing Folder, Scallop Border Punch, Rounded Tab Punch, Paper Piercing Tool, Chocolate Chip Corduroy Button Brad, Frost White Shimmer Mist, Dimensionals

French Foliage Leaf Cluster

Another birthday card for a co-worker.  To keep the leaves and french text in a vertical line I used my stamp-a-ma-jig.  I use the stamp-a-ma-jig on almost all of my cards and it is one of the most used tools other than my paper cutter.

Supplies Used:
Stamps:  French Foliage, Bring on the Cake
Paper:  Very Vanilla, Mellow Moss, Really Rust
Ink:  Really Rust, Mellow Moss
Accessories:  Autumn Accents Bigz Die, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Very Vintage Button, Linen Thread, Extra Large Oval Punch, Mini Glue Dots, Dimensionals

Cake with Bling

This fancy cake was a birthday card for a co-worker.  I make birthday cards for all of my co-workers and sometimes it isn't easy coming up with different ideas and designs.  I am really making an effort to use my supplies and not purchase new things other than whisper white and very vanilla card stock and embellishments.  I'm hoping to put together some greeting card sets in the new year that hopefully will use up a good portion of my older card stock and designer series paper.

Supplies Used:
Stamps:  Embellished Events
Paper:  Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, Green Galore, Making Memories My Kids Collection Katie DSP
Ink:  Pretty in Pink, Green Galore
Accessories:  Circle and Scallop Circle Nestabilities Dies, Bitty Banner Framelits, Boho Blossoms Punch, Corner Rounder Punch, Dots Embossing Folder, Rhinestones, Dimensionals
